Today is a damn boring day for mi... Wake up in the morning, turn on my computer and there is no connection to the net. I was so fedup... Then I called CC and he tell mi to call StarHub, cos he think they had suspend my connection. So I do wat he said... I call this no. 6873-7373, when it get though it said "press 1 for English, press 2 for Chinese", " press 2 for cable tv, press 3 for maxonline", etc... After so many pressing here n there, finally come this " to talk to our customer service operator press 0." I quickly press 0, but I still have to wait... Letting mi listen to the stupid recorded music n once awhile a woman saying "sorry to keep you waiting, your call is important to us, we'll attend you shortly." I had waited for nearly 1 hrs before the operator attend to mi. Izzit so busy tat all operator are taken up. If so then tat mean your service you provide is damn F**CKUP, everyone is calling in for help!!!

Op: Good morning, how do I address u?
Mi: Mr Yong.
Op: Oh Mr Yong how can I help?
Mi: I can't get into the net.
Op: Mr Yong can I have ur customer no.?
Mi: ********
Op: Give mi a min Mr Yong.
Mi: Waiting................
Op: Sorry to keep u waiting. ur account was suspended due to some overdue payment not make.
Mi: Wat overdue payment not make!!! I juz make a payment on 27/07/04...
Op: There is a overdue of $300+
Mi: Ya there is a cockup wif the billing from u all. I din receive my bill for nearly 1 yrs. So the total amount is $700+. The staff of urs had agreed tat I pay by installment. So last month I had made a payment of $300. Then nw wat u mean I din pay!!! (Angry)
Op: Sorry Mr Yong, I from the technical department. I din knw this matter. Can u give mi a min I check wif the billing department.
Mi: Waiting................
Op: Sorry to keep u waiting. Yes wat u said was rite.
Mi: Then why my connection was suspended!!! (louder tone, cos I win liao mah)
Op: Cos the system is not updated and it will automatically suspend ur connection if the bill is overdue.
Mi: So will it happen again in the future?
Op: We will try to solve this problem. As for the connection, a charge of $10.50 will reflex on ur next bill. But not to worry, cos it not ur fault the charge u dun need to pay.
Mi: Bye!!!

Because of this I wasted 1 hrs+. Juz dun understand how such a big company equip wif all high tec equipment work. How can this department knw abt this matter and not update other department. Dun a company works as a whole??? WASTE MY TIME!!!
