A Play
This evening Raymond ask mi to go and watch a play @ The Substation (Guinness Theatre). His friend is one of the performer. She plays the Fiby role. The name of the play is "I Dance I Wander I Wonder". Its was abt a gal name Fiby who encounters "Little I", a visitor from Zero Mountain. Little I tells Fiby that she would like to seek advice on how to care for her rose, the only flower that grows on her mountain. Fiby is unable to give any advice, but agree to travel with her in her search for an answer.
Their quest for an answer sees them scaling mountains and folding rivers. In their galactic travels and wanderings, they meet several characters, each a different and equally undesirable manifestation of adulthood. They include a king and a businesswoman, all of whom possess certain absurdities seen all too clearly through the eyes of Little I. The journey of Little I is a frustrating one - until she meets a boatman and learn about love, friendship, responsibility and beauty.
Its was a very short play, only last about an hour. The play is full of dancing & singing, I find it more suitable for children. Whahaha... But its a good experience for mi lah... Pic above are taken secretly as no camera is allow.
Mum has been sick for few days liao. Haiz... Dad had bring to see doctor le. Hope she get well soon...
